I bought this dress from a bridal shop in 2022. I didn't end up using the dress. It is not altered and comes with extra lace pieces if you're wanting to add more to the train or make your own straps that hang off the shoulders. The spaghetti straps can do the same, I was planning to not use the straps at all and make it strapless. Lots of different options for that part! The under garment piece is an off white/ivory color but it is not dramatically noticeable.
